THE IDEA OF ECOLOGICAL CONSTITUTION AS A FACTOR OF NATIONAL AND GLOBAL SECURITY

The journal “Bulletin of NAS of Ukraine” has repeatedly published materials relating to the development and deepening of the concept of Ecological Constitution of Earth, substantiated by scientists and repeatedly made public by the officials of Ukraine at the UN. As the continuation of this topical theme we present the article of the first cosmonaut of Ukraine Leonid Kadenyuk, in which he focuses on another, not yet covered in previous publications, but very important aspect of the idea of Ecological Constitution of Earth - namely, its role in ensuring national and global security. The launch of the official process of drafting of the Ecological Constitution of Earth and its wide public discussion in various regions of the world, according to the author, would, among other things, greatly facilitate the cessation of hostilities and terrorist acts in the world.
