SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM IN UKRAINE
On the basis of materials of the scientific meeting of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine held on 26 July 2013

Abstract: The report is dedicated to important questions of scientific support of the process of constitutional reformation in Ukraine. The report points out that institutions and leading scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine actively participate in the activities of the Constitutional Assembly. The results of a close cooperation between scientists and government bodies, public organizations and scientific and expert community are some significant theoretical achievements and practical suggestions concerning the modernization of the Constitution of Ukraine in relation to the foundations of constitutional order, human and citizens rights and freedoms, democracy, organization and functioning of state and local government bodies, administrative and territorial system and other.
