SOLUTION OF GENESIS OF FLINT CLAYS –
THE KEY TO DECISION OF CONTINENTS PLANTING PROBLEM

Abstract:
Discovery of soil bacteria-actinomycetes-fungi fossilized (with kaolinite) microflora in flint clays allowed to establish the new type of biolith – global biosphere indicators. Relevant acid (ferri-)siallite paleosoils appeared in Silurian-Devonian and gained wide distribution in Early Carboniferous. They were of great importance in planting of continents and land animals propagation.
