MODELING AND OPTIMIZATION IN THE THERMOMECHANICS OF INHOMOGENEOUS SOLIDS
By materials of scientific report at the meeting of Presidium of NAS of Ukraine 18 June 2014

Abstract: The results of theoretical and applied research in the thermomechanics of inhomogeneous solids, which were achieved by the scientists of the Pidstryhach Institute for Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics of NAS of Ukraine during two latter decades, are presented. The special attention is given to their practical implementation, publication in the scientific journals and monographs worldwide, and presentation on international conferences.

Keywords: thermomechanics, coupled processes of different physical nature, structurally-inhomogeneous solids.

Language of article: ukrainian.
