The report is devoted to the prospects of development of an important direction of modern nonlinear optics - molecular spectroscopy of complex organic molecules and the creation of organic structures with given spectral properties, which has an interdisciplinary character, combining physics (in particular, nonlinear optics), organic chemistry, molecular biology, medicine, and is topical and priority in international cooperation. It is noted that complex organic structures with definite parameters have the potential for practical application in the field of bulk recording of information, cancer therapy, laser microscopy of biological objects, etc.
