IN EXCITING ANTICIPATION

Abstract:
The difficult economic and political situation in the country directly affects such intellectual institution as the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which has been experiencing the crisis of constant underfunding for years. Today the Parliamentary Committee on Science and Education began work on a new Law on scientific and technical activities, which will determine the basic principles of reform of the state scientific sphere, which means only one thing - reform of the NAS of Ukraine. Of course, this can only excite the community that has devoted its life to science. Therefore, in my opinion, there is a need to analyze some trends and proposals heard from various sources close to institutions where the final decisions are being made.
