AEROSPACE MONITORING OF THE UKRAINIAN NEAR-SHELF AREAS OF THE BLACK SEA AS A DUAL PURPOSE METHODOLOGY

The article substantiates the use of aerospace monitoring of the Ukrainian near-shelf areas of the Black Sea as a dual purpose methodology for discovering deposits of hydrocarbons and for protection of the coastal zone by exposing surface and underwater situation. The sequential research of the processes at the interface between water and atmosphere, which must be taken into account when searching for deposits of hydrocarbons and immersed objects using remote registration of temperature changes of the surface layer of water, involves using the knowledge from various scientific disciplines such as hydrology, hydrophysics, hydrodynamics, thermodynamics. The decoding of space images of temperature anomalies of the presence of hydrocarbons and anomalies of man-made origin, which are created by objects moving in the water environment, is proposed as the additional informative feature. On the excitement hydrodynamic processes model the structural and texture parameters of temperature anomalies are determined by calculating the value of entropy.
