The report is devoted to a wide range of problems related to the analysis of modern world-system transformations, which is primarily due to their tangible influence on solving urgent tasks concerning the integration of Ukraine into the world community and the formation of strategic priorities of the country’s foreign policy. It is shown that without a deep understanding of modern world-system transformations it is impossible to approach the development of optimal goals and strategies of national development and to secure it in the long run.
