The report highlights the current state of the problem of using supercomputer technologies for mathematical modeling of complex systems and solving large-scale complex problems. A modern approach, created by the Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of NAS of Ukraine, to mathematical modeling based on high-performance computing and intelligent technologies based on the supercomputer SKIT and the family of intellectual computers of Inparcom is presented. The necessity of taking measures to modernize and increase the capacity of supercomputer SKIT, as well as expansion of the introduction of domestic intelligent parallel computers of the Inparcom family for solving scientific and technical problems, is emphasized. In addition, Ukraine should take all necessary steps to join the European Union initiative to develop high-capacity computers.
