STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS IN THE SCIENTIFIC AND INFORMATION PROCESS OF MODERNITY

The article considers the peculiarities of the use of strategic information communications in the development of domestic science, in the formation of the national innovation ecosystem and the sphere of innovation for the period up to 2030, the growing importance of these tools for managing the use of domestic science in social practice.
