IS THERE A CHANCE TO RESTORE THE PRESTIGE OF SCIENCE IN UKRAINE?

In the article the author raises the question of what should be done to restore the prestige of science in Ukraine, considers how to change the attitude of the state and Ukrainian society to scientific research and, in particular, to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as a higher scientific organization. The reform of the scientific sphere cannot be implemented without first formulating its strategic goals (what exactly we want to get as a result), without defining step-by-step tasks, deadlines and sources of funding, because without it all even the most reasonable intentions will remain only as intentions.
