The joint report raises important issues related to the preparation of a fundamental academic publication – “The Great Ukrainian Encyclopedia”. To date, the first volume of the Encyclopedia has been published, the second volume has been prepared for printing, the electronic version is actively being filled with materials. The current problems of material and scientific-organizational character are discussed.
