ECONOMIC AND LEGAL RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT

The current state of implementation of Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU is considered. The economic-legal risks and possibilities of its realization in Ukraine are covered. Possible directions of perfection of processes of implementation of EU law in the domestic legislation and introduction of changes to international documents are offered. It is substantiated that these processes should be carried out with the active participation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as representatives of state authorities and non-state institutions.
