The concept of the State Target Scientific and Technical Program of Comprehensive Climate Research of Ukraine until 2030 is presented in the report. Based on the results of comprehensive research, the Program is aimed at creating an effective system for providing state authorities and local governments, enterprises, institutions, organizations, the population of Ukraine with hydrometeorological information and forecasts of possible socio-economic and environmental consequences of climate fluctuations and changes.
