This year the Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine celebrates its half-century anniversary. The editorial board of the Bulletin of the NAS of Ukraine visited the institution, got acquainted with the exposition of the mineralogical museum and talked with the director of the Institute, Academician of NAS of Ukraine O.M. Ponomarenko and the head of the museum Professor V.I. Pavlyshyn.
