COPYRIGHT IN PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTIONS
The article is devoted to actual problems of copyright protection in the publishing activities of scientific institutions of NAS of Ukraine, including in the distribution of works in digital form and free access. Proposals on measures to improve copyright protection in publishing activities and contractual provision are given.
