RATIONAL WATER USE AS A FACTOR OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

The article covers theoretical and applied aspects of the ecological state of water resources, sources and scale of pollution, suggests new approaches to prevent pollution of water bodies and to minimize the consumption of freshwater, and outlines directions for their rational use and reproduction in the context of solving problems of freshwater security in Ukraine.
