TECHNICS AND TECHNOLOGIES CREATION USING ELASTOMERIC MATERIALS FOR MINING, PROCESSING AND MINERAL PROCESSING
Information from scientific report at the meeting of Presidium of NAS of Ukraine November 12, 2014

Abstract: Paper considers an important scientific and technical problem of creating a fundamentally new class of machines with elastomeric elements — elastic links and wear-resistant surfaces — which helped to create and realize large-scale implementation of high technology, which complies with the technical and technological characteristics and safety of operation. The scientific basis and methodology of mining machines with elastomeric elements are developed, a fundamental theory of deformation and fracture of elastomeric materials such as elastic-hereditary media are created. Created scientific and technological developments and technologies allow to provide increasing the efficiency and safety of operation of these machines in particularly complex processes of mining, processing and mineral processing.
