LASKER AWARD  – 2015

Abstract:
On September 18, 2015 in New York a ceremony for granting Lasker Award in medicine was held, which is sometimes called the American analogue of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. This year, the Lasker Foundation experts noted the studies on DNA self-healing processes after damage, cancer immunotherapy method and the dedication of doctors in the fight against the spread of the Ebola virus.
